The Department of Educational Sciences is committed to educating future educators with a strong belief and determination in maintaining and improving the quality of education.

 

Through undergraduate and graduate programs, the department aims at training and educating teachers and educators who are fully equipped with the knowledge, values, skills and abilities for cultivating future generations who will be members of sophisticated societies. We intend to educate leaders who are capable of perceiving and meeting shared societal and technological needs of the society; can develop and improve themselves in accordance with the needs of their time; can critique the existing educational processes, analyze and improve the teaching- learning; and view learning and knowledge acquisition as crucial. Additionally, we endeavor to breed educational scientists who will greatly contribute to the training and education of such teachers and educators.
